| Ninja
In martial arts, the supreme
art is often to be able to receive the energy of
the other person, and to deflect it. From the confronting
technique of the horseman we now pass to the finesse
and subtilty of the Ninja where we receive the energy
and deflect this energy
The base of the game is similar
in the way that the little Ninja is going to receive
the energy from different sides. We are going to
use the expression “ ball of Energy to describe
from wich side the energy is coming. He is going
to receive a ball of energy whose meaning is: he
receive the other one energy
BECAUSE
HE IS GOING TO RECEIVE HE HAS TO SHOW IT IN HIS
CENTERING ATTITUDE
Starting position:
the feets are slighly apart and the hands are in
a receiving position, opening upwards at the belt
level and the arms slighly bents. The knees are
unlock (flexibility of the Ninja) and the jaws relaxed
in a slight smile. Everything represent the interior
suppleness which is a Ninja characteristic.
The young Ninja must learn the basic code of positions
The code
A ball of energy from the left
=
he turns to the left, one foot ahead
and
his hands in a receiving position
A ball of energy from the right
=
he turns to the left, one foot ahead
and
his hands in a receiving position
A ball of energy from the above
=
one foot backward, hands in a
receiving
position, eyes slightly upward
A ball of energy from behing
=
he turns totally, one foot ahead
and
his hands in a receiving position
A ball of energy from the below
=
a completely step backwards, and
he
bends to receive the energy
A ball of energy from the front
=
one foot ahead, and his hands
in a receiving position
Attention:
The Ninja always returns to the centering position
( after each movement he must center ).
Game We
can recall that it is a ball of energy, and what
it represents: his ability and capacity to receive.

This game, a very educative one, And will help the
children to develop the basic requirements, (basic
needs) for learning.
Moreover this sequential game
is also useful for adolescents: capacity to follow
sequential instructions, which prepares an adult
for an organized life.
